Maybe you should add some glow around him, because of his hair style he must be in Super Sai-jin stage. But anyway, it's perfekt. I never was able to draw Mangacharacters like you do.

why dont u make a new one and show me how u make a vegeta now im still in amateur beginner mode so i only know how to draw things that are already made but mij tenmij in my galery is made by the head ^_^
