Description

Companion to "Angel of the Tribe" [Edit: Black spot on hand fixed] Poser and Paint Shop Pro. Background (c) Vicki Davalos, altered by me. Outfit and props by lourdes (search for Fallout Tribal in freestuff). Hair by Kozaburo. The tattoos came from freestuff, as well, but I can't remember the author. "...All this I soaked up in an instant's time. I saw him; then he was gone. I searched that wooded plain for weeks, it seemed, and I could not find him. Hope of seeing Aeriacar again had deserted me, but I swore to myself that his face would grace my eyes once more before my death. Since that day, many years have passed, and on each anniversary of his sighting I return to that place and look. I am old now, and I fear this may be my last journey. If I die without seeing him once again, I fear my soul shall know no peace in death.... ...I have seen the angel this morn, and if it seems to you that I am not filled with the joy that is my right, you are correct. My angel is different, vastly different. His very features have been remolded, but in my heart I know it is he. His skin has lost some of its bright shine, making the muscles below seem all the more rough. He is as yet unmarked, yet the stoop of his shoulders and the world-weary look in his dull eyes rings more of a veteran than of the spirited youth he was. The most drastic change is in his wings, his hair... What was once golden has turned the color of coal, and his pinions spoke only of the chains of despair and exhaustion. There was none of my angel's fiery vigor left, and I wondered at what became of Aeriacar, my Perfect One. Writing of this has tired me to my core, and now I shall sleep. Whether I awaken once more to face the memory of my Vaeriacarn, my Flawed One, it remains to be seen. Good night to you, reader."

Again, excellently done!!I am really into your story too! Love those wings, and the black and white with a hint of color is a great look. Little boo boo on the arm, but I'll overlook that because his expression is wonderful! Good job!

I actually didn't notice the hand... I think it was on the figure straight out of Poser. I fixed it, but I dunno if that's enough to warrent a re-post.

I can complete the hidden part of the story! That angel, he is not human, of course... he appeared to this woman to show her the way to light, all she has to do is follow him.. Instead she preferred to stay at her plase, getting old as the way of all mortal and wait for his reappearance... That was the thing that turned the angel so black and soure... And this is definitely the last of her jorneys... what onse was an angel of Life, now turned an angel of Death... Whould she really remember him when she would "awaken"? That I wonder... she already partly forgot his name...
