Her face slightly changing as Time plays its game
Noble features, beauty unsurpassed, softening to a gently grace
A voice once filled with laughter, now a dim reminder of times lost
A gentle smile that will never change.
Eyes lit with a perpetual glow of kindness,
Once quick to retort, now content to observe.
Wisdom in the soft hands, with hardly a day's rest.
As gentleness replaces dreamlike youth,
I am enlightened to her high ideals
Once so lonely and meek,
I am now her Kindred Spirit.
