Description

Poser & Photoshop. Fantastic character/texture set "Sayuri" by Akahastur (texture slightly modified) - RMP. Hair by Maya - Freestuff. Fan from freestuff. Edit - in reply to Serious: I can't paint hair. When I tried, it looked like she had an alien sitting on her head so I used poser hair =)

I love the perfection in blending the flower examp into a fan and a fase? and a tender work with colors... really astonishing. Just some unnesessary remarcs: the geisha (geiko) puts white make-up all over her fase and the neck, and you should arrange her hair in that well recognised geisha manner, too. Otherwise the girl looks pretending to play a geisha in some kind of masquerade (wich is not a bad thing by itself)

bah... i like the fact that she is not the standard geisha in look, but she does carry that demure nature as expressed in her pose and with the fan... i own the Sayuri set myself but just have not had time to convert it all yet, but this image of yours is such an inspiration to do so... i love the delicate colours...

Really beautiful colors and look to this!!! I agree with both Serious and Giana, not the traditional Geisha, but a very interesting view into this thing so mysterious to us. Beautiful texture and render!

this pic is fabulouse just fabulouse ...I had posted another comment on the debate of the makeup but I had it backwards it was the courteasans that wore it face only.>.< giesha wore if full face and neck all the way to the nape where the "split peach" was shown
