BIOHave worked in the graphic design field for 7 years now but my true passion lies within a paintbrush or my graphics tablet creating works of art stemming from my inner thoughts and feelings. To dive into a work is like diving into another world. I feel myself lifting off and sometimes exiting reality to see things that I may only have seen in a dream. It is at this moment when I am free. Free from all of the hypocrisies that society and true reality have a tendency to throw at me. It is at this time when I am at my best. It is at this time when I am me.

I once had a huge canvas of a mountain lake like that. It reappeared as the phrase, "Some places you can only get to by walking." This one is sort of like a sex check which came out insufficient funds only to be replaced by nine hundred years of charitable works.

O. You did the right thing.... your balls are in tact. I look forward to the coming months of your life with inspiring events hopefully affecting your work. P.

When are you going to finish it? LOL No, looks awesome, and that's great that you have decided on it's closure. I can't tell you how many things I do that take much less time, find a start but never an end and just end up disposed of. It's a fine idea to start but it just runs out of steam. This is a beautiful genious surrealistic piece and it's look of incompletion could be constrewed as part of it. I'm impressed by it very much. Good show Peta, good show!

Great surrealism on this painting. If you feel this is finished it is finished to me. Excellent!!

More of a tale and part of life in a unfinished finished piece. :-)I like it as is! The wings that are ears I find original and interesting.

I know what you mean about losing the connection with an image your working on. I really like the wings I don't usually view the surrealist stuff much but this one did catch my eye, don't know how I missed it my earlier go through the gallery. But it was horribly slow then so I may have logged off to try again later, glad I caught it this time.

I am not surprised such an artist as Adam saw in you someone to advice and help: you have the same quality (stunning one) I do hope one day though you will finish the whole.. I love what I see.. butit has not the completed feeling for me. Unlike when Michelangelo or even Tiziano left partially unmade ther stuff, but the message was still complete, here I just feel.. the meessage isn't totally yet. But technically and visually this is already a wonderful thing.

This is perfect Casey! As finished as it ever needs to be, the space says as much as the painting, love it!

I love the symbolism in this piece. It is so full, even unfinished. Of course, the artist has the right to leave a picture like this and call it finished. It still speaks volumes and I love it. Excellent work, my man!

Your work has an unusual aspect and interesting concept truly artwork!!!

I love work that 'appears' unfinished, yet to the creator,it has completed its course. Whos to say when we feel the urge to travel that road again,if ever. a single line drawn can be complete in the eyes of its owner. I bet this is an amazing sight on its own merit. BTW, I know I have been absent from here recently, but I ran across this new artist here pwason also..truely gifted vision..agrees~

There are a situations when finishing something will just spoil it. I ruined few works like that. This is finished! :)

I am sure you express a common feeling for many Artists who lose contact in this way.. Also with knowing when it is done!! My advice is to leave it its always better than overdoing it when I simply overpaint them or throw em out!! As for the piece I love it and all those lil Symbolic touches rather like my favourite Russian Artist OK ...OK ;-)
