You caught my eye
As I stood in the bright sun-flooded doorway
Obscured by the pretentious figure of the self-important
I return your instant smile of stunned satisfaction
As I moved into the room,
I felt my spine hold me higher
Into your shining eyes I probed
for explanation as I felt the shaking of your hand
You were interested, and I was surprised
We took our seats and you hid in the corner
I felt you staring

Your ideas convey a lot of great imagination. Myself like shorter lines and I would break the long lines into two. Just for easier reading.

Thank you so much. You are right... it's an asthetic I don't spend much time considering when the mood strikes for the spilling of moments from my memory. :) I will keep it in mind for the future.
