My only suggestion for impprovement would bw to replace all this healthy stuff with a plate of fried eggs with grilled bacon and tomatoes, accompanied by strong black coffee! I can't start the day without that. ;-)
Having confessed my disgustingly unhealthy regular choice of breakfast, i have to confess that this almost tempts me to change my habits. I just hunted down th first render, and have to say I think this one is cmuh better. Very nice jug, vase and bowl. I think the overall silvery-grey colours work much better than the busier and more varied colours in the original version. The two bold splashes of colour from the flower and those excellent oranges stand out much more dramatically against this simpler, more subtle background, and the subtle reflections help to lead the eye around the scene. So in spite of my culinary preferences, I think I have to give this one a vote. Very nice still life - well done.

I like very much the composition and the colors the only thing that slightly upsets me is the similarity of the texture in the oranges two of them ay least look like twins. Good work !
