Beautiful sunset image!! I think the hair does look wet, but possible using the burn tool would make it look a little wetter. I've never tried to paint wet hair, so that's just a guess! LOL! It looks wonderful already!

Damp would be my take on it; it has that tousled look to my eyes. Beautiful image like the lighthouse in the background.
