Description

A meat fly, making its way over the ledge of a stone. These flies don't lay eggs, but give birth to live maggots on to rotting meat, or in dung heaps. They are actually quite beautiful, with black and white markings on their bodies. Thanks for viewing, and any comments are welcome :-)

good shot! i'll give you a 10 note if you can get a good macro shot of one laying live maggots! the 'lil dude almost looks bionic. slightly metallic cast to exoskeleton tween the eyes.
