Good work with the Strata and the other surfaces... perhaps a little drama with the lighting would improve it? Also some foam for the shore would help define it..I like the soft clouds too..

Good trial with textures. Maybe some normal layers with lower coverage over it would help the surface to look not that soft.

HeikoH, you're right.. but the smaller render looked so good as is that I thought I could pull this off just as well with a larger render. Pushin, and you're just as right. I couldn't come up with any awesome kind of lighting for the terrain, but I did come up with some good skies.. the sun was in the picture. Dunno why, but I changed my mind and went with this instead. I should've left it alone. loL
