Description
April and Emma step into the Grand Entrance Hall. The air is unusually still, thick with the musty odour of unimaginable age. An eerie silence fills the cavernous chamber, punctuated only by the echoes of their footfalls. In stark contrast to her previous visits, April finds the room filled with light - a strange orange glow which appears to have no source other than the building's very manevolence.
The girls stop just inside the doorway, each aware of the other's hastened breathing.
April turns to Emma: "Something's not right here."
