Description
Part Two -
The Doctor and Andrea have been thrusted onto an unknown world, the whole planet is dying and lifeless except for a group of large domed structures in the distance. As they walk towards the buildings, they are being monitored by cameras. A Caucasian man with dark hair and black gloves watches them closely on the screen, as they draw ever nearer to his domed city.
