Description
"she looks at the walls build so thick
scarred with pain and many years,
afraid to live and afraid to die.
cowering in the corner without a clue,
washing the floor with flowing tears,
wondering how she came to this.
afraid to live or afraid to die.
her cloak of loneliness
lays heavy on her shoulders,
weighing her down ever more.
afraid to live but not to die.
she tries to unshield herself,
fight proud and strong,
the weight is too great for one.
yearning to live and not to die.
weakness keeps the walls up high,
she looks for strength
to crumble the tormented walls.
wanting to live and not to die.
she reaches out to the light,
to mend the wounds
she has put upon another.
needing to live and not to die."

I like the shadows and lighting contrasts, the colours and the way you've restricted them, the textures vs. the blurs. Fascinating and wonderful contradictions.

I was thinking the same thing: "mysterious and dark..." It took me a couple of minutes to understand (seems a little dark on my monitor), but this is lovely, in a tragic sort of way if THAT makes any sense. In other words, I like it, and thanks for sending me the URL, Riko. :)
