Description

MetroTampa 2019 rev 4. Image rendered in Lightwave. Flames added with photoshop. I know the flames are pretty lame but i'm still experimenting with volumetric fire and hypervoxels. City layout is pretty much done. Now I need to add vehicles, finish the textures and complete lighting rig. Comments welcome

looking good so far. Maybe try adding a fog to show atmospher, it'll also create some depth. Also, the light from the ships seem to have no lighting effect on the buiildings? as well as an ambient effect on the bottom of the ship. There also seems to be no ambient light on the building were the spotlight come from. Also, maybe throw some point lights down by the streets streets behind the buildings to show some of the light seeping up from the streets? Just an idea.

yeah, there's only one light in the scene right now. Next render will actually have some point lights and volumetric lighting. :-)

jplouw, It should remind you of Blade Runner. It's being designed for a Blade Runner fan film.
