This wasn't exactly one of my toon ideas, but hey I think it turned out ok don't you?
I was messing around with Painter "wishing that I had the money for Deep Paint" and came up with the BG. Which in my opinion came out pretty good. So I'm gonna use the same Bg in other pics cause I like it that much. Peace

oh yeah I will re-do this again because the warp effect doesn't look good enough, so you will see this again.
