I like the point of view. The far hills appear to have been plowed like a farmer's field. It's a nice touch. Perhaps a slight change in colour of the hill surface may increase the dramatic effect. Maybe it's a personal thing, but I've never been overly fond of small high persistence clouds. Try some larger ones with lower persistence and see what happens.

the hills are hard to look like grass but i tried... the clouds are small to create the rays and shadows, large clouds dont seem to work too well... thanks for the comment...
