The priority is to worship. That being established the question becomes not "how are others failing?" but, rather, "am I succeeding?" Not "are others commercializing worship?" but "am I internalizing worship?" Sure there are religious leaders who have made the Father's house into a den of thieves - and that is disgusting. Like you I am troubled by the sham and hypocrisy that masquerades as worship. But don't worry, God is going to come down here again, and God will turn their tables over. In the mean time, I find myself asking myself the question, "am I loving the Lord my God with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind, and all my strength?" - If not, why not? and am I willing with His help to change. (anyway, thanks for making me think)
