Sewage or drainage? You got a lot of good shots out of this pipe. The other day I took 250 pictures of one single tree. Couldn't stop shooting.

RedunAbun: definitely water drainage from city streets during storms, etc. As far as I know, we Californians don't dump raw sewage onto public beaches! :)
