Peaceful, inviting, very real feel to it; the technique is so integrated with the subject this has the appearance of a very mature work from an experienced painted. I am very happy to have some people here who are daring enough to work with the traditional materials when 3D beckons with an easy but shallow photo-realism. Please keep at this!

You did a real good job on this one!! And you didn't make it easy for yourself. You choose a lightning without shadows from the sun, which makes it more difficult to give the scene depth, but you did succeed in making an atmospherisch depth... well done!:)
