IMHO for that water and cloud reflection the moon is a bit to dark

Yes, I agree, but the unusual thing about this image is that the sun is set to 450% (sunny June day). The render was aborted when about 98% complete and this was the result. "Stars" and moon were added post, all other features from original render.
