I like fantasy images and specialy castles. This is one like that...because of that : Excellent!

To further improve the composition you could add some texture on the castle walls and change texture on the roofs...but maybe you wanted it this way :-)

The castle needs just a little more texture in the walls, but this is a great render and I hope to see more like it.
