I've seen surface maps in the for free section at 3D Commune. That's www.3dcommune.com . They may also be available here, but I haven't checked lately. Textures as such aren't available, although you can put in a texture by using it as a strata layer. To implement a strata layer, you need SoPack, which is a plugin. People come up with their own textures, but any texture from a free graphics site would work if you make it the right size for importation. Your terrain is interesting, and your surface map is pretty decent.
