Description

A nation rich in minerals and gemstones, Lapis Lazuli is perhaps the best know of Afghan gems. The locals who likely never leave their village do the hard work in the high mountains. A rich trove is there, not to be raped but to be nourished, gleaned and given back to the people of Afghanistan, a broken gem of myriad tribes, languages and wealth undeveloped. Keep the government out, let the local maintain an incentive to work and mine..give back to them and see the sparking Tourmaline, Aquamarine, Emeralds and Lapis of this difficult country.

Good color on the "Gem", slighltly out of focus on the map (unless that was your goal, to show that the path to healing is blurred), Great concept. Well done!
