Description

Thought I could post some more of my "Rapunzel" building ;o) Some of you may remember my shots "Pushed awy","Climbers" and "Once up on a time". Thanks to all who have given a comment, a ranking or even a vote :o) As I wrote before the building had been a fire-station long time ago. Nowadays the large hall is used for some events like pop concerts or so and there's a gallery for photographers upstairs. No Cindy, they won't accept me in the Gallery cause I'm just a hobbyist. Some of you may also remember there are some ugly modern buildings around, so it's difficult to shoot the whole building. Anyway I prefer detailshots...hehe. Hope you like it! Thanks for viewing and any comments Hugz, Monika

I you have no place to create a garden on the ground, use the wall of your house. Beautiful capture!

Monika I don't like this gallery because I don't understand why they won't accept your photos. Also I don't understand the word hobbyist, I consider you a photographer. If someday I'm the owner of a gallery you are very welcome to expose your photos. Btw, I do like the photo.

Beautiful shot, Monika. Love the ivy, and the fact they've saved the building for aometning worthwhile. Where I used to live, they made an old firehall into a venue for live theatre. It added something to the plays just from the incredible ambience. Why don't I send you $5 for a picture, and you can tell the gallery you're a pro?

I love the contrasts you have here..the organic with the grace of the old architecture versus the rigid modern:)) As far as exhibiting goes..it is their loss and one day they will regret it:)
