Description
Inspired by Edward Gorey's "Gashley Crumb Tinies" and Tim Burton's "Nightmare Before Christmas." All models and procedural textures in this image created by me (Helen Madden) in Carrara 2. Image maps used for transparencies and blending created in Corel Photopaint. Background sky created in Bryce 5 and imported into Carrara 2. Final render in Carrara 2. Aside from a tutorial I worked through a few weeks ago, this is the first image I've created with Carrara. Comments are welcome!

I remember you nearly gave up on Carrara... I'm glad you didn't; this is great. (I like the Gorey feel - and the girl's leg is a very subtle touch.) Excellent.
