What I find unusual in this image is the lack of statuary and the plainess of the facade on this particular building..... This must be a side view? Beautiful work, and aptly named title.

@Michelle: indeed! no statues on the building.. this is a rear view of it.. some statues were in the garden.. but really few.. four, I think :)

Those chairs were great assistants for finding your POV. And the guy who built the stairs knew, that the chairs were about to stand just there, because the stairs lead directly towards them.
