ok, still just working on atmosphere and skies. . .since I can't make a 513 terrain look the way I want it too ever.
Any advice to help with that?

have you played with world machine? obviously you can't get as much detail in the 513 as the 1025, but you can get terrains that look fairly good. also, the sky for this image is terrific!

wonderful lightning. Perhaps more terrain should be visible and you should choose another color than this poisonous-green :-)
