if you made the grey black or white, and made the red part look like it was painted with a brush, you could call it art and make lots of money and be famous

Well.. contempory art does'nt ring my bell as a rule. But I think your working on the right-lines if thats your thing. I'm sure this one would have some arty critic type standing with one hand supporting his elbow and the other hand on chin.
