Watch out heavy meteor showers forecast for the next few hours on planet Constantopia. The result of working through a tutorial in a recent Computer Arts Project magazine on 'faking it' with Photoshop. TFV&C

I like the smoke trails, but the explosions look kind of tiny. Something weird with the scale. Anyway, nice composition.

alantor - reading through mag again. all the fx here were done with 3dmax and Afterburn plug-in: Explosions, debris and meteorite trails. They also suggest looking in stock picture libraries as these are the kind of pics that you can find in some of them. www.digitalvision.com being a starting point. Slav - Point taken. Scaling was something I did have difficulty with.
