Description

"Another big day full of pain, violence, and industrial-strength hair gel! YAY!" -- (OK, so I'm not a big fan of manga. But I'm not going to let that stop me.) I decided I didn't really like any of the methods for toon shading that have been floating around on the forums, so I started from Crescent's toon materials and played around with the nodes until I got something I liked better. I'm still not keen on the line settings, but there's no real way to fine-tune those... it's either hit or miss. The only postwork that's been done to this image is a little bit of blurring at the neck joins, a 1-px outline around the whole figure, and a Sharpen filter (and my signature, of course).
