Description

I stare down the barrel of time and see an old man alone in the world. He has nobody to look after him when he's sick. He has nobody to share his joy with when he's happy. He knew love once, but a series of devastating choices tore her from him, and from the life she once knew. Sometimes the feeling of isolation overwhelms the old man. He wonders why, in a world filled with so many souls, there is nobody out there for him. He wonders why he must make the journey through this lifetime alone. He is me.

You are not the only one. There are lots of us out here in the universe who are alone. Good thing there's a site called Renderosity that can help us feel a bit less alone- the community cares and does help each other! Keep your chin up- God has a purpose and meaning for each persons life, even though we can often feel ours is a life wasted (we don't always see the meaning- our perspectives are often too small).

Ok, maybe I'm the only one that knows or understands this, but it's NOT Daz1971 that feels this way! It's the character in the image! Sheesh. Excellent work, D-Man. I got it at least. :)
