Description


Oneonta is a narrow defile in the Columbia River Gorge that runs back about a half mile to an incredibly beautiful waterfall. That tubular shape is a narrow log that I'm balancing on to shoot this picture.

Primo! Takes Me back to Story Books Older than I....about the North West Passage and Adventure...written by Jack London. A similar style of Photo was used!

Wow! That's some deep chasm. What is the cylindrical object in right center, a pipeline or some such thing?
