again the Fishtail Mesa... I've played with some strata settings just to get some feeling for them. imho the rock surface isn't bad if the distance becomes mid to large. just in foreground it isn't really nice. what you think?

Typical "realistic" engineer's pic, excellent again. I like a lot the pov (in french we usually say "cadrage serr), as a small focus on a part of the terrain. Great surfaces and strata too !

Excellent image. Two things: Try reducing the "pixel aspect ratio from 1 (the default) to .75 or even .50; also, increase the gamma setting to something higher than your current setting. This is a beautiful picture with a perfect POV.
