The top of her outfit is the sleeves from the fantasy ensemble found here on Renderosity with a transmap to make the shirt disappear and the top half of the "Elvira" dress from Ghastly
The Loin cloths were found here on Renerosity
Rails were found at 3d commune with a custom bump map applied.

really good... about the only thing I can see "out of place" is ermm.. could you lean the guitar a bit? it seems to be standing straight up 8 ) very well done elsewise... love the textures
