Young bold soilder to war this day
Kneeling down he starts to pray
Children laughing in the streets
Not listening to what their parents say
Grandma working in her roses
Their dead and the neighbors turn their noses
Grandpa still complains of the heat
While in fron of the mirror mother poses
The sun shines and everythings bright
everythings right
The sky races out of sight
But then the letter comes homeA young soilder, young and well known
It brings tears to all around
Young lad, soon in the ground
