Well done! The idea is just wonderful, such as the execution. Only the rocks in the water could use some texture-rework. Anyway a very beautiful image! :)

I feel something bothering with the scales waves/ship...Although I find the scene very lovely and excellent in all other points. The idea of the picture in the picture is always fascinating Great work!
