Description
Every night I go to bed
With the demons in my head
With all the things I should have done
With all the things I did not do
Every night I go to bed
With the demons in my mind
With a silence that is far from kind
With a turmoil that never ends
Every night I lie in bed
Twisting in my sleep
Cursing
At the peace of mind I could not keep
Every night I lie in bed
Thinking of the next day
When everything will not be okay
As I repeat my sins
Everynight I lay awake
Dreaming of the happiness I could make
If only I did not sleep
With the demons in my head

Sometimes words just pass through my head, fragments of reality greatly enlarged and exaggerated, and they form themselves into the strings of words commonly known as poetry. Due to my nature and eternal fascination with the surreal, the dark and the evil, these words tend to be negative more often than not. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed reading.

Hey Bud, you are not alone in that matter. My mind works in a vicious cyclical pattern like that when I fall asleep as well. I often wake up feeling more sore (clenching in sleep) than when I layed down.. Life is crazy.. and then you die, and then our reward is recieved. God help us all..
