Ranking, schmanking... Great layout to start with! The left-side should either be cropped, or something should be added to give it life. There are no shadows from the people or cars. I DO like the reflections from the puddles, but if there were that much water wouldn't the ground be more specular? Also, perhaps add some dirt... It looks too clean, something that's difficult to escape in 3D but not impossible... Just some ideas!
