Whats with his hand cant tell anything ?

in the realm of Nosgoth, vampires become less & less human-looking over time. one of the very clear signs of this is, instead of fingers a vampire grows three claws. so thats whats up with his hand (could not find a claw like that, so I had to draw it freehand in PSP)
