This is exactly what I'm feeling right now. Pure angst. All this crazy stuff is going on around me and its all I can think about.

i'm glad u visualize all dark, it would be worse if u see yourself surounded by light, so if u find yourself in a tunnel pls stay away from the light ;0] just trying to cheer u up, u know how life is, ups and downs, just don't let it be too hard on u ok?! keep safe, tania
