Description
A test render of one of my long-term projects. Something of a contrast from my "Music" image - this one is all modelling and hardly any textures.

Ooof. Some edges could use a little smoothing, but imagine you have render set low/med. Very impressive. Polly count ? (high i bet!)
Curio
RimRunner is right, the straight poly edges do show in the larger arches, but hey, the light on those columns is fantastic!! - In fact the play of light and shadow on the middle tier is enough to distract the eye from those poly edges. So, skillfully arrange for light to fall across those arches, and you're away! (with no extra modelling) Cool stuff!

Curio's right, the lighting is so realistic! I think it is a cool effect. It tricks my eyes into thinking the pic is both real and rendered -- can't explain, but it's awesome!
