Great action! Maybe The Freak has met his match? :)

Great image. But I think the pretty boy in the fancy suit is gonna get squished:)

I like the action catured in the poses, however they're not that convincing, since the figure don't have any expressions (e.g. evil grin, anger etc.) in their faces. You might also check out Djeser's Mat settings for Poser imports to get the skin of the man doesn't look like plastic. The laser beam doesn't seem to come right out of the blaster's muzzle. This could be done quite easily using Photoshop or any other 2d app. Just my two cents on improvements. :)

I love it! My real name is Cameron, and I've always wanted to be a space/sci-fi hero with a phaser weapon.

Thanks for all the comments and tips. Could someone please elaborate on the Djeser's Mat settings? I couldn't find this in the Marketplace. I didn't do an expression on Cameron's face as I wanted it to be "I'm bored already - where is the real action?" kind of feeling. And I purposely put the laser beam at the angle I did as he is firing as he is falling down - the gun wouldn't perfectly match up with the beam unless it was just coming out... I really do appreciate your help. The other thing I am trying to avoid is having to go to an external application to do post-work - I want to do an animation directly within Vue... This picture is after all my first final render. I will try to improve upon it in the coming weeks. Cameron is also the name of one of my sons... I used his name in my story and he loves reading it... It is also my middle name.
