Description

Felt like doing a nice peaceful landscape. I tried to capture the shadows in the atmosphere cast by the clouds. I used two volume spots placed high up and in line with the sun. One was positive and one negative, both with gels to cast shadows.

Beautiful. I often see that effect, of the sun rays coming from behind the clouds; not easy to duplicate, you've done a great job. Particularly like the texture on the first background terrain.

I love those kind of landscapes. Recently saw a programme abouth the Hebrides of Scotland and I loved those rough, barren landscape and their grey skies. This image reminds me alot about the image I still have in mind. Well done!
