Nice effort, A few things though. First there seems to be no origin for the explosion. The fury seems not so much burning than passing through an area of fire. Second the ships superstructure is not picking up light from the explosion. IT remains a dark gray shape and is not recieving any light from the fire. Third, in some areas I notice what seems like double exposures. THere are several vertical lines duplicated. If this is a motion blur artifact you can get rid of it by enableing vector blur in the motion properties panel. If it is shadowing of volumetrics, check your cast and recieve shadow settings on various objects and your lights. Try focusing on these fine details you will be pleased with the results.

Thanks for you explanations, PNEVAI, I've just made this for fun and quickly (i'm modeling a B5 station and finishing this StarFury, it's take really long time). This StarFury is not completely done (yet), some parts are not really good, and textures are not finish. I need to do the pilot model and the parts inside the SF. My brother post this picture when I was out, and he made a mistake with the name, i'ts : StarFury passing trough explosion.

I agree with Drakath, realy nice fire effect and your model looks great. I know what you mean Jeremy, it took me ages to do my StarFury too. Can't wait to see your B5 station, its about time someone had another go at the "big one"

My B5 Station is 2/3 finished. need a little more time for finishing textures and lights. For the StarFury I have to do the pilot and inside parts. Textures are finished and outside model too. Thanks you Drakath and Billy.
