Well, I was hoping that the ambiguity of the title would allow the viewer to fill in his or her own story, but I guess some people want it handed to them ;-) So here goes: With the phenomenal progress in artificial intelligence and prosthetic engineering in the early 22nd century, the population of androids quickly grew, until they were as ubiquitous as banking machines. Indistinguishable from "real" humans by sight and touch, their very success become their downfall, however, as fears grew that the robots would began to replace humans. An underground movement called the "Hunters" came into being, illegal and invisible. Their single goal: the elimination of the perceived robot threat to human supremacy...
