Brothers in Arms - Dire Straits
This is a surrealistic image and all has their significance. The arms opened with the widespread hands represent the desires of Peace. I let you the interpretation of the black doves. The pillars over the water represent the weakness of the Empires, and for remember us that all the Empires have an end. The tone, the hard contrast and the darkness almost without color represent the pages of the History which we, all, the Humankind, are writing.
I took these photos the June, 25&26 in Venice, the final image was composed the July, 29. I told about it in the AOM interview as example of image inspired by the news. Original size: 204.89x289.63 cm

Amazing concept, im actually quite taken in by this, the song is one of the most haunting to me, its a favourite for many reasons but mainly reminds me of my father, thankyou for this, as always an inspiration to veiw your work, big hugs Txx
