Description

This was done in Bryce 5 on normal setting. I using the lighting method sbleci used in his recent image "In the Forest of Vanishing Dreams". It consists of a semi-dome of radial lights with color set to dark gray and level at 12 with no falloff, with both sun and sky color and shadows set to black. All materials have a diffuse setting of 50% with ambience set to zero. Ground texture is "Forest Floor" from texturepak2 by terra-man from the "Freestuff" area, church is by svenart also from freestuff, celtic cross is from 3D Cafe'(I think), grass made with "Grass6" by Bantam3D(Geese), trees made with MECN Tree Factory. Once again a very big thanks to Carlo(sbleci) for telling me how we lit his image. Oh yeah,......the sky was rendered in Vue d'Esprit 4 and composited in PS7. Thanks for taking a look.

This has a lonely feel to it, cool work on the ground.

Aye, I love the architecture and the trees & grass are awesome! THe brick texture doesn't seem to have enough depth, doesn't hide the 90-degree edges of the church very well... But it's still an awesome render!

This is a lovely scene. I love the textures on the church and on the ground plane. A very peaceful image and well worth a vote. 8)
