Description

A picture of my favorite butterfly, the Tiger Swallowtail. I wanted to do justice to the butterfly, and it's glorious colors so I tried to make it as photorealistic as possible. Created entirely in Adobe Illustrator 10 with the use of gradients, gradient mesh, blurs and blending options. It took about 25 - 30 hours of work. I believe the end result is well worth it...do you?
