Really cute!! I don't know what the original photo looks like, (lighting wise- dark or light) and have never tried an alpha in Vue..but wonder if you do "levels" on your photo first, OR do a CONTRAST to increase the contrast and darken the photo first, so that the vue light might not wash it out as much? Just an idea..

Nicely done. ;-) Reminds me of the night Arthur brought a mouse home to play with. He rushed past me into the lounge then dropped it, whereupon it made a dash under the sofa and disappeared from view; I finally had to abandon searching for it. A couple of hours later, I was awoken by Arthur making a peculiar mewing noise. I put on the light, and there he was - sitting on the end of the bed with the mouse again dangling from his mouth. He trotted proudly off downstairs with me in hot pursuit, and dropped it again in the kitchen. From there I managed to drive it into the smaller utility room, where, thankfully with no-one to observe, there ensued a strange nocturnal pursuit by a naked, overweight man of a very active and elusive mouse. I finally managed to catch it, and could find no sign of injury so, with Arthur secured in the lounge, I set it free again in the garden. Ah, the joys of being owned by a cat!
