Description

This is the first in a series of portraits depicting characters from the Dungeons & Dragons campaign that I am currently running. This character is Lady Jessana, the daughter of a wandering hedge knight who aspires to become a famous paladin. The background to this image was rendered in Terragen. A Pally in black? The Shadow Knight in me objects! ;-) Now gimme my sword back or I'm going to have to get it back myself... All jokes aside, it's a great image, I love the "Don't mess with me" expression and the semi-alertness of her stance. Her face looks slightly "soft-focus" on my monitor. That's either my monitor or the compression washed it out, if it is clear at your end. :)

Simpy outstanding as it is! One thing I would do is increse the light she is facing just a bit to give her face and the gold on her armor just a little more glow. And maybe just a small gleam of light on the sword..
